Here’s how I fuel myself to maintain elite mental clarity, physical strength, and emotional balance — no pills, no shortcuts.
I don’t take any supplements, except for one:

This is what I eat consistently — simple, whole, and functional:

Gochujang paste – Anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer benefits
Dark chocolate – Heart health + antioxidants
Blueberries – Antioxidants that protect your cells
Apples – Solid source of Vitamin C
Bananas – Potassium-rich; helps regulate heart rhythm
Trail mix – Raisins, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds (great healthy fats)
Bone broth – Heals the gut (which governs your immune system); also provides collagen for hair, skin, nails
Sweet potatoes – Fiber-rich complex carbs + Vitamin A & C
(Some) brown rice – Good for fiber + slow-digesting energy
Organic peanut butter – Clean source of good fats
Hummus – Fiber + plant protein

Why I Eat This Way

This nutrition plan became one of the key pillars of my recovery.
It helped me heal.
It helped me sleep again.
It helped me become the version of myself I’m proud of today.
